Vice President and Director, Worldwide Software Sales for ARC International Corporation
Managed a global software sales team, providing real-time solutions to the hi-tech industry. Direct sales teams, channels and strategic partnerships enhanced ARC’s market penetration. Clients: Fortune 500 clients world-wide.
Mergers and Acquisitions: played a primary role in the acquisition of Precise SW by ARC Inc. in 1999, as well as the merger of Meta-Ware and Precise into a Software Business Unit. I was part of the IPO as a Director, initially raising $250M USD.
